Terms and Conditions

The following Booking Conditions is your contract together with the our company TRAVEL AND TOUR PACKAGE LIMITED.

1. Your Holiday Contract
When you make a booking you guarantee that you have accepted our terms. A contract will exist as soon as we get the payment. It is your responsibility to check that the information on your confirmation invoice is correct and to inform us as soon as possible of any discrepancy.

2. Your Holiday Price
The mentioned prices on our website is for one person. For family and group booking please contact us. We reserve the right to alter the prices of any of the holidays on our website.

3. Accommodation
At the time of booking 1st night accommodation details is provided and further detail at the time of arrival. Out of different choices for accommodation on our panel the final selection for the entire package is based on the weather and road conditions.

4. Deposit and Balance
You must pay the deposit of 25% at the time of booking and remaining balance amount 12 weeks prior to departure. If your travel package starting date is less than a 12 weeks then full amount in advance is needed to confirm the booking.

5. If You Change Your Booking
If you wish to change your travel arrangements you must inform us in written and atleast 12 weeks prior to you start date.

6. If you Cancel Your Holiday
You may cancel your travel arrangements at any time by informing us through email sales@travelandtourpackage.com.

Following are the cancellations charges & the remaining amount will be refunded within 4-6 weeks of cancellation date:

More than 12 weeks prior to departure        25%
84-55 days prior to departure                      50%
54-30 days prior to departure                      75%
29- 0 days prior to departure                      100%

If there is a cancellation or changes from our side due to any circumstances than 100% fee is refundable or alternative holiday’s package will be offered of comparable standard. No refund or compensation will be given incase of war, riot, fire, dispute, terrorist activity or any other disaster.

7. If You Have A Complaint
Incase of any problem during your holiday. Please inform us at sales@travelandtourpackage.com and we will help you as quickly as possible.

8. Insurance
As the Company is not liable for any kind of problem, so proper medical or travel insurance is highly recommended for the entire trip.

9. Credit Cards
We are committed to ensuring that your personal details will be kept safe at all times and has a number of fraud prevention measures in place. You will be asked to provide information to ensure that your card is not being used fraudulently online.

10. Cookies
We use third party application service providers to perform some tracking functions. These companies my use cookie-based information not including your name, address, email address or telephone number.
